NETeller re-opening Canadian accounts closed due to P2P

Are you saying that going to another country and changing your address with Neteller is not even an option?

Simply going to the cayman islands and opening up an account with a bank there, will definitely not work.

I asked Netelelr twice about whether if we could prove that we moved out of the country, whether they would payus. And in typical Neteller form, I got two different answers. The first person said If we moved, we could open a new Netelelr acocunt, but our funds in our current account would remain frozen. The second person said if we provided a utility bill and bank statement, they would change our address on our current account, and we'd regain access to our funds.

My impression is at this point, the Neteller execs have decided that they want to keep our funds, no matter waht, they won't let us withdraw.

i know for a fact that changing your address to outside the country could be done two weeks ago. all they were asking for was a copy of your bank statement and utility bill. Both had to have the same address of course.
i don't know if neteller has chaged their stance on this now.
