Well TEKARI, in defense of him, most books will reimburse that 8.9%. But i seriously doubt that this is a true story anyway

Going to assume this was a joke.

Or who knows, maybe he took Slurpee's advice and tried to bail-out with the Kings!

but won't neteller go after the book for the money..or is it once neteller makes the transfer to the book then the book is not liable for the funds..or will the book go after the customer for the funds?

Well firepay would do taht, but realize that we were telling him to bet the $3000 and if he won, ask for a payout after a few more bets

awesomeagain,

Unless Neteller has some special arrangement with the book, then Neteller is on the hook for the NSF ACH. Whoever does the ACH is on the hook. That is why books like SIA, Bodog and Wagerstreet make you wait 7 days or more before making a withdrawl when you do an ACH directly through them.

I would just take a cash advance from a credit card, and then deposit it immediately. That way, you can pay it back when everything is sorted out.

At this point maybe the best thing would be to take a $3000 cash advance on one of your credit cards and deposit it inot you bank account. Hopefully by the time your credit card bill come you will have goten your check for 6k

The right thing to do is to deposit the money....Hoever, you CAN get away with not paying them at all. A guy I work with knows a guy that got out of it very easily......

How bout this, can they report you to any of the 3 Credit Bureaus over here as a bad debt if they want? And maybe effect your Credit Rating.I remember going back there was an inquiry from Neteller on my Credit Report. Seems they used it only to verify my identity so I was wondering maybe their also able to report to them.

Hache, "you CAN get away without paying them at all" kind of like what BetPanam is doing?? So what your saying is basically you want to get paid when you WIN, but want to stiff Neteller if you can get away with it. Very unethical.

gambler1, you missed the point. I didn't recommend he stiff Neteller, I merely said it is possible. If you look again above, I suggested he deposit the money. Besides, why would he want to destroy his transfer opions with Neteller by not paying them......

Some of you are really getting a bit too excited about this. Nothing will happen to this guy. Neteller will be happy to get paid if he decides to pay them. Neteller is just going to debit it from the books merchant account, if they cant make good on the check, anyways.

Not saying take my advice. I had something like this occur with prepaid atm. I made some ach's and depositedit into a book. Well to make a long story short I had a check from a now out of business sportsbook bounce and so did my ach's with pre paid atm. Well I sent pre paid atm some of the money and will continue. kind of like a payment program. Really there is nothing these companies can do. Gambling is illegal and the funds were used to send to a book. The states would laugh at anything a processor company like pre paid atm or neteller would say. I wouldn't worry expcept the loss of using neteller or my case pre paid atm which (sucks). It isn't like you went to a bank and wrote out a check. Then there could be some trouble, but a case like this, there really is no legal matter.

also prepaid atm hit the book back with a charge back. I have paid most of it. But I know there is nothing legally pre paid can do via ach's. I am surprised pre paid atm can exist in the states?

personally

Personally this is what I have thought as well. Firepay and Iglobal or IPay seems to be the same way. They dont want to make a fuss over a few thousand dollars when 99 percent of there income is from this gray area online gambling. Untill the law is cleared up I think people wont have any issues. Its very hard to find out about what happens since I think those places don't want alot of people takeing a risk of huge bet, huge income, with only problem of loosing access to prepaid or etc like you have seen and well like i have seen with firepay and igm, even tho my cases were my computer got hacked and really surprised me with everything but that was 4 months ago and just nothing from them. Recently owe neteller some for some gambling i did in my sleep. and personally think that they make insta cash way to available for if someone is asleep with auto fill enabled its just stupid easy to make withdraws and they know it. Still curious on G Y and if you check back here ever let us know. and anyone else who has had experiences. For a good year to all.
