If The Latin Beauty pageants, movie, and music awards only include Latinas, with no blacks allowed, then that gives African-Americans the right to have their own.
If the African American Beauty pageants, movie, and music awards only include blacks, no Latins allowed, then that gives Latins the right to have their own.
If both of the above have their own, then it gives Caucasians, Asians, etc. the right to have their own.

As a matter of fact it's extremely & blatantly racist to have your own events and not allow other ethnicities.
May as well be a Soul food restaurant with a sign on the front door saying "We don't serve Hispanics " or a Mexican restaurant with a sign stating "we don't serve white people"

As a race white people have not suffered the oppression that blacks have. So what if a minority group has an event or a tv station that shows them as a majority or a month that shows their accomplishments.

It doesn't fit thier narrative that they need to blame "Whitey" for thier bad lot in life. BTW, I'm friends, neighbor and a colleague of "people of color" who may or may not have overcome difficulties to be hard working, self respecting productive members of our society.
