You know karma seems to always come into play when gambling somehow.. I remember giving this old dude money because he lost it all.. I mean it all.. Could not even afford to put gas in his car... Well 20 min later I sit down at a 3 card poker table and hit 3 of a kind for a grand.

if u have a cash balance in paypal...it will send cash...if it is drawing directly from your checking acct...it has to clear..

If you have your checking account info as well as c/c info as back up in your PayPal account
funds you send through your checking account will be cleared instantly for the receiver.
if only checking account info entered with no c/c info,then it will take several days to clear.
