Need help collecting from a stiff - first name: Journey; last name: Man

Glad you finally stopped by. Hopefully this isn't a once a month peak and you check back in. This isn't about me being in trouble and needing the money back. I just made a $1025 PayPal EFT deposit to bank my ending profits from last week.

This is simply about right and wrong. When I gave Journeyman the $100 I thought I was giving it to an honorable and decent human being. I was wrong. I was giving it to a smalltime hustler and Bigtime Loser. It was a mistake and I want to erase it.

I know J-Scam would never give me back the money. I've tried everything. It hasn't worked. There's nothing more I can do or say. And now I find out he won't even donate it to my favorite charity.

So I am turning to you because I think you are honorable and decent. Since Jouneyman works for the Rx, I would simply like you to get Shrink to make the donation to my favorite charity on behalf of Journeyman.

You don't have to take it out of his pay. Just make the donation and make it public and that would be enough to satisfy me. You get Kenny Boy to do that I promise I'll never mention this again and the Lucky Noir situation will finally be over.

Also, I would like to get that Rx T-Shirt. I gave the Rx some of my best suicide parlay threads. I feel I deserve at least that much. It's a travesty Shrink has chosen to stiff me on something so small and petty.

What I don't get is why is he under any obligation to return a gift? Once you give someone a gift and they accept they have no responsibility to return it.

When I did this he was so thankful....I really felt good helping him, and never asked for anything...After he got the money he emailed insisting I take the money...I told him NO several times...I was genuinely pleased for him...I know what its like to not know if you will be paid....actually I called Lucky Noir I believe three times in one day.... It was no big deal,lol...I even told him that...yes I realize it was 4 dimes and felt good he wasn`t getting stiffed afterall we all knew how bad off he appeared to be...So he gives me 100 bucks via neteller and thanked me because no one else would help him...then as the months went on he would email me asking for the money back??? so after I realized how he was , why should I give it back? he would lose it in a New York minute anyway...now he puts this threat on me,lol...Its not about the buck its about who is in the wrong...I could care less about it, but for him to twist this around and make me out to be the bad guy....Unreal!

Dell--Are you crazy. The only thing I have read in this thread that makes any since is you would like a picture of Angelle naked.
Journey did you a favor, someone else would of probably charged you 20%. He did it for free, and you thanked him with the $100. If you want Journey to donate $100 to your favorite charity I will do it in his name to a charity if you will donate the $2500 or so he helped you get to a charity of my choice. E-mail me if you want to do this.
Sometimes you have to look in the mirror pal, and realize maybe I'm the one that is not thinking right here.

MYFOOTBALLGAME has given me a great idea! No I am not going to take him up on his offer to donate $2500 myself to my favorite charity so he can donate $100. LOL!

But if someone wants to take the initiative and donate the $100 to my favorite charity in Journeyman's name, I would accept that.

One way or the other justice will out. I unwittingly sent $100 to a conman scammer. I want to make up for it by sending another $100 to a worthy charity.

Absolutely. I have paid the Super Freak over $500 interest on his loans to me. Never once did I ever ask for a cent back, and I won't ever.

He helped me out tremendously, and even though he doesn't return my emails anymore

, I have nothing but positive feelings and total respect towards him. Without his help, I would have been DOA a couple times. The $500 was a bargain compared to the alternative.

Journeyman, however, did not deserve that $100. And no I did not "beg" him to take it. I offered it once, he didn't say no but instead said, "You don't really have to do that Dell." Then after I got the $2500 transfer, I just emailed back and said, "It's no problem. It's the least I can do."

At that point he gobbled it up, acting almost giddy with excitement and congratulating himself for being such a good guy. I should have saved the emails. They were both hilarious and pathetic.

If I would have known he would have taken my polite offer (one which was turned down by The Major), I would never have even responded the second time.

It's just that was proper protocol. Son of a bitch took the money!

I should have stiffed him, but after him "helping" me I couldn't bring myself to do it.

The rest is history.

I'll get that $100 back one way or the other. I am a very determined and creative individual. Just like I find ways to bet no matter my financial situation, I will find a way to get that $100 back.
