I had a 7-teamer going with only USC -8/Notre Dame (I think) left to go. $20=2000. This was about 20 years ago. I was at Ceasar's palace in LV. I had been drinking at the bar and I looked up at the score and it was a final USC 23-17 and threw the ticket away. F*ck those last games on parlay tickets -the story of my life. A couple hours later when I wasn't drunk, I looked at the final score again and it was 28-17.

I love NW's threads. They always remind me of the worst things.
