Facts are Vegas isn’t trying to trap anyone and usually… like in this game with a lot here…. Those experts and people that THINK they know what they are talking about…. Line movement, key numbers, trends, etc are all things interesting to look at and might be helpful in certain situations

I can see why maybe people saw the movement, the hype of beating a ranked team as such a dog, plus Deion could at least lead to somewhat inflated line

My point on letdown game is it was the opening home game for a roster of 86 new players after a big win on the road want to show their stuff, not let down after one win.
To boot, yes, Sanders is a great motivator.
D1 players want to compete, new teams that are just now jelling will fight hard.

(There was a lot more to my selection, did not want to overload, but the TCU game gave coaches a chance to evaluate new players and make some adjustmenrs and even changes, the team vs TCU was learning, on the field, how to play together, this jelling will continue for several games more...)

There's no such thing as a trap, Vegas puts out lines to get both sides of the action moving, Neb opened -7 in advance of the game between Colorado/TCU, then Vegas adjusted the line, still got a ton of action on the game, most bets on the over and on Colorado side. Vegas will adjust the lines more and you can already see it with the Colorado State game, S/O(scoresnodds) had CU opening -19 1/2 moved to -22 1/2 with total opening 57 1/2 moved to 59 1/2 down to 58 1/2, teams going into Boulder have to get used the environment there, high altitude, have to drink lots of water to stay hydrated and keep oxygen flowing. Congrats to the Buffaloes backers and shame on us who took the Huskers who're still notorius of beating themselves with poor execution and turnovers. I will say Nebraska's "D" is much improved, and they were on the field a ton in that game vs CU!!
