as a terp it alwasy bothered me the talent from that area that went to other programs. i always thought there was money going to AAU coaches or something. when rudy gay went to uconn, carmelo went to syracuse and durant went to texas i always wondered why Gary Williams couldnt land the local talent. the amount of talent that leaves the DC area and goes to other schools is incredible. i think something has to be going on under the table. to be truthful though if you aint cheating you aint trying in college basketball.

Jim Calhoun paid Rudy's AAU coach to play an exhibition game, but he asked the NCAA for permission to do just that beforehand. He had permission to play and pay the Ballers. He didn't hide a thing, how could he?

Gary Williams complained so much that the NCAA doesn't allow those games anymore

One and done should be eliminated...

...if player leaves after just one season for the NBA, eliminate two scholarships from the team.

Kentucky would be down to four scholarships after two seasons.

I totally agree with abolishing one and done. Let those kids go directly to the NBA

Kids show up in August, drop out in April.

They take 9 credits in the fall and don't have to attend a single class in the spring as long as they declare for the draft
