going to go with Virginia Tech today Vs Boise st, one thing i always like is a team that has a lot of assist, and V.Tech is averaging 19 assist a game, compared to just 11 for Boise st, Boise st was shut down big time in the 2nd half by Clemson in their last game, and they lost the rebound battle 40-25, that is another thing that Virg tech excells at as they are averaging 34 boards a game ...VT averaging almosst 83 pts a game to 65 for Boise st, both are taking between 55-57 shots a game and VT is shooting 49% to 40%, and the 2 they are shooting 57% to 44%, and the 3 they are 37% to 33%, effective fg% is 56.5% to 46.4%, and a very important ft% VT is 81% to 66% and both are scoring about 35points in the 1st half but VT is scoring 47 in the 2nd to just 30 for Boise st, Offensive rebound % for VT is 29% to 21% for boise which should lead to maybe 5-7 more shots for VT , and VT is making about 3 fewer turnovers a game and committing 2 fewer fouls i have no problem laying the 2 here but i am going ML at -130 here

well Michigan st/Arizona still at 5 so people are betting Michigan st, still think before game it creeps up, also i got FAU -1 in a teaser but man getting Butler at +7 i mean i think this is a lower scoring game, and with that i think Butler has a shot , should be close to the spread, and Iowa st -12, thats a lot, and with the total being 131, your talking a 71-59 game, or a closer would be 68-63...but you got Iowa st averaging 91 points a game to 68 for VCU total is 131, they must be thinking this is a 80-51 game, or 75-56 this has went up from the -9.5 -10 i would think Iowa st wins this easy, 75-56 is a 19 point win i was thinking more like 17 but i think if your going to take a side here Iowa st is the play, the 1st half is -7 and VCU is averaging 30 pts at half while Iowa st is averaging 46 that may be the play here also i can get 6.5 1st half going to try it

just when ya hope for a overtime, the guy makes the shot they win but i lose, they got too far behind i missed that in the handicapping, figured they might get a run in the game but did not think they would be down , Texas ztech got 10 more shots, that i figured, just thought they might shoot a little better, and they finally did, they only shot 39% to 47% for N.Iowa and got 10 more, if they shot their average they cover even with N.Iowa shooting 5% more than normal, they had more offensive rebounds too, what lost it was just below average shooting, and N Iowa give them credit too they shot a little better, read my write up i said they would get more shots, more offensive rebounds, even got 3 more pts at the ft line, but they shot less from 3, and N.Iowa shot a little better , 1st half 40-31 2nd half 41-30 i think if that gets 5 more minutes Tech covers, N Iowa was wwithout 2 guys who fouled out, Tech would have wore them down,,BUT THE GUY MAKES THE SHOT just when ya want him to miss...handicapping was right, except 1 part , all you can hope for, now if N.Iowa would have had more shots and more rebounds, and more ft's would have been diff, its why i try to show why i like a team, i encourage responses all someone had to say was i agree but today i think N Iowa shoots a little better and takes a big lead

Bethune Cookman vs Lamar Lamar-2 i have had Lamar already cover for me this year , took them in their last game at pacific getting like 9 and they lost on the last shot 77-76, they also have beaten UTSA, and lost at SMU by only 9, have played the better schedule, now they are in Virginia for a tourney, this is another where Lamar is averaging like 19 assist a game to 11 for Bethune, and Lamar shoots the 3 36% to 25% but they both shoot about the same over all, Lamar has played to better teams and have been in every game or won them or lost by a point, no home court here as Bethune is 600 miles away and Lamar is over 1000 away just taking what i think is the better tested team here
