Pitino had no idea his staff was bringing recruits to parties to get their weenies sucked and now he is SHOCKED that a staffer was involved in getting a recruit $100K to join the Cardinals. Not since Joe Paterno has a coach had such little control and knowledge of what his staff was up to....

at least this might but Pitt on equal footing in the ACC. if lville, unc, duke, uva all get sanctioned the Panthers might have a shot at a .500 season

ESPN reporting Pitino expected to be fired today.

He was just the guest picker on Gameday. Pitino and Calipari are the shadiest coaches ever. Alot break rules but these guys have no limits.

I can almost envision Calipari talking to a 5 star recruit and say " you know the NBA will ofer you a 4 year contract out of the gate, how would you like to add an extra year onto that in Lexington"

Really, how do you get some poverty stricken black kid to Duke that doesnt know his dad and grew up on welfare? Or in the middle of nowhere Kansas.

Every black kid wants to spend 1-4 years in the middle of Kansas taking orders from a white guy with a southern accent. LOL

There is a reason the same programs keep getting the top guys. It's not TV. Everyone is on TV now.

cal is actually the minion in this game. He is the middle
man between an aau guy (I think world wide wes or something like that). This wes guy takes top talent from high school, is paid by agents to steer recruits to them and just happens he places them in cals hands for 6 months because cal will play his game. So the handler gets his, cal gets the talent, and the agent has a top player at a safe place waiting to legally sign with him.

Just a guess but that's my opinion on Cal. He's a sleaze ball.
