ECU looking good so far at -18 and Navy at -7.5. ECU had a lot of mistakes last week and should be able to run over that soft Rice D. Navy's option attack should be able to move the ball and score at will on the SMU D. Hmmmm.... Like S Fla at +3.5 as well...

Here's Saturdays Card so far...
* PSU/Minnesota U 49 (got it last night)
currently it has fallen to 46/46.5 as freezing rain and sleet is forecast for State College tomorrow - mostly in the morning but some in the afternoon. Wind is only supposed to be at 5-10 mph. Hopefully that will go up. Hopefully the weather fronts will take get more severe tonight.
* Colorado +10 over Kansas
The Buffs played great last week against Texas and Kansas played down to a terrible Iowa State team. The Buffs keep this one close, and I think might get a win SU.
* Washington +6.5 over ASU
I saw ASU play UGA in Athens, and while they do have a solid D, they looked vulnerable at times against the pass. And Jake Locker > Joe Cox any day of the week. Also, ASU has a good RB but their quarterback is less than impressive. This line started out at 3.5 and then shot up 3 points early week but I still like the Huskies.
* Navy -7 over SMU
A lot of good cappers are on the other side here but I think Navy's option attack will make the Mustang D look like fools. ECU moved the ball on them very well last week and were killed by two key turnovers. Also, the Mustangs gave up an average 4 yards per rush. I look for that number to go way up tomorrow.

Vandy always plays them tough - especially in Nashville. And this Bulldogs team is really on the slide, ever since that disastrous loss to LSU.
And, as of late, fading Brian Lang has been a great run! A much better way to go than my own bets, that's for sure!

Arkanasas +7 over Ole Miss
Bought the hook here. Many think revenge games are over-rated. Not me. Mallet as well as the entire state of Arkansas have a score to settle with Houston Nutt and settle it they will.
Michigan +4.5 vs Penn State
Opened at the ol' deadmans line - a good indicator of a barking dog. PSU D has yet to face a decent offense and this will be a statement game for the Big Blue, who are battle-tested.
Syracuse -10 over Akron
Akron is hurt, horrible, and on their third string QB. Cuse is not that bad and at home. Paulus will always be a Dookie but have to trust him to do the business here.
Idaho +15 versus Nevada
Idaho will score and they will eat clock. It is a new world in Moscow, and the Vandals are playing with confidence. This will be a dogfight, that's for sure.
