NC State +12 vs. Ohio St

is anyone close to the scene regarding Clarett?

all the negative pub like this typically impacts young college players at some point during a season.

I wouldnt base a wager simply b/c Clarett is/isnt playing, but I doubt he puts up the same kind of #'s this year, he's a full-blown target now.

How good is NCST's defense? I am leaning heavily to NCST in this one, and the key for me is NCST's defense. Ohio St wasnt the type of team last year to be laying a lot of points against good defensive teams, has anything changed?

ta is a good back but 5 yard runs were looking real easy.

I will at least get one more chance to see them after vegas.

I do want to state that they had just went heavy 3 days before I saw them.

what does ncst have coming back as far as their offensive line is concerned? there is no question that rivers is very talented but he also must have some time to throw. ohio state has some serious depth and talent among the front seven on defense. as far as ohio states offense is concerned, i don't buy the notion that they won't miss clarett (should he not play). while ross and hall had outstanding hs careers, their production at osu has been spotty at best. panthers comments about the ncst lbs making lots of tackles makes me think that plays are being made 3 or 4 yards downfield. ohio state has all five starters back on o-line and may control things here. 12 points is a bunch and as of right now, i'm laying off. should clarett be cleared to play, i'll probably make a small play on the bucks. my reasoning would be home field, a great kicking game, very solid defense and an offense that returns everybody. good luck all and hope to talk to you all again this season. btw, will be in vegas sept 13 and 14 for some serious sportsbook action.

Havn't taken a close look yet, but this has backdoor written all over it. I can see Ohio state getting up by 17 points and grinding the clock.Rivers is very good and I can see him driving them late for a meaningless TD(unless you bet the line).

This is the one game that scares me for Ohio St. before the Big Ten season. I think the BUcks win, but by how much? Could be in the 20's, could be by 3 points. This is one of those stay off of games, or place a moneyline bet on the Bucks. Rivers is quality, and in the early season, anything can happen, so be careful.
