"It's still being a little troublesome, but it's getting better," he said. Although Allen ran on it for the first time in a few days on Monday, it doesn't sound like he's closing in on a return. Avery Bradley will continue to see extended minutes at shooting guard.

Frank Vogel said Granger "could go" if this was the playoffs, so the Pacers are just being cautious with him before the postseason begins. Dahntay Jones is a candidate to start in Granger's place.

Interestingly, it sounds like Lou Williams is traveling even though he was expected to rest as well. The Sixers are going to be using a true skeleton crew that features the likes of Evan Turner, Lavoy Allen and Jodie Meeks as they angle toward a first-round matchup with the top-seeded Bulls.

Luckily, Harden's injury doesn't sound as serious as it might have been and there's a pretty good chance he'll play before MWP does. Matt Barnes and Devin Ebanks are going to get all the minutes they can handle in the opening round.
