"It's still being a little troublesome, but it's getting better," he said. Although Allen ran on it for the first time in a few days on Monday, it doesn't sound like he's closing in on a return. Avery Bradley will continue to see extended minutes at shooting guard.

Frank Vogel said Granger "could go" if this was the playoffs, so the Pacers are just being cautious with him before the postseason begins. Dahntay Jones is a candidate to start in Granger's place.

The Sixers are going to be using a true skeleton crew that features the likes of Evan Turner, Lavoy Allen and Jodie Meeks as they angle toward a first-round matchup with the top-seeded Bulls.

</td></tr><tr><td class="vaLink">That means he'll not only miss the Lakers' season finale on Thursday, but the first six games of their opening series in the playoffs. Luckily, Harden's injury doesn't sound as serious as it might have been and there's a pretty good chance he'll play before MWP does. Matt Barnes and Devin Ebanks are going to get all the minutes they can handle in the opening round.
