Will Bynum is expected to miss the remainder of the season due to a calf injury suffered on April 6th. The season's all but done so this isn't a big loss. Hopefully next season will fare better for Bynum. Apr. 11 - 6:29 p.m. ET Source: Chris Iott on Twitter
Tracy McGrady will not be playing in Monday's game against Cleveland and is not expected to play in the season finale on Wednesday either. At this point there isn't a reported injury or a designated reason...but we should be used to that from John Kuester's rotations by now. Apr. 11 - 6:26 p.m. ET Source: Chris Iott on Twitter
Luis Scola (knee) will not be suiting up for the Rockets on Monday when they take on the Mavs. Patrick Patterson should get the start again in his place and is a decent replacement if you're a desperate Scola owner scrambling for a replacement. Whoever gets the start on Wednesday is in line for a big night against a weak Timberwolves front court. Apr. 11 - 6:06 p.m. ET Source: Dallas Mavericks on Twitter
According to team president Danny Ainge, Shaquille O'Neal (calf) is expected to practice and be ready to play for the Celtics in their opening playoff game. He said that of him playing in Wednesday's game was unlikely but that he would practice Thursday in preparation for their first series. At this point in his career recovery tends to be a slow process. Don't expect to see him on the floor before the end of the regular season. Apr. 11 - 6:02 p.m. ET Source: Gary Washburn on Twitter
Ray Allen is out Monday's game and is likely to miss Wednesday as the Celtics are resting their starters for the playoffs. Allen is fine but will only see very limited minutes. Apr. 11 - 7:07 p.m. ET Source: Gary Washburn on Twitter
Anthony Parker will miss Monday's game with his back injury. Manny Harris is getting some love from Byron Scott lately and will start, while Ramon Sessions and Daniel Gibson will also get more minutes tonight. Apr. 11 - 7:06 p.m. ET Source: Jason Lloyd on Twitter
Reggie Evans will miss Monday's game with an index finger suffered in his previous outing. The Raps will start Jerryd Bayless, DeMar DeRozan, James Johnson, Joey Dorsey and Ed Davis tonight, as most of the regular starters aren't with the team. Apr. 11 - 7:05 p.m. ET Source: Matt Devlin on Twitter
Kevin Garnett joins Shaquille O'Neal (calf) and Rajon Rondo (finger) on the team's inactive list for Monday night's game. There had been rumors circulating of such a move. Garnett will enjoy the rest but his owners should look for other options for the final two games. Glen Davis will start in Garnett's place. Apr. 11 - 7:03 p.m. ET Source: Gary Washburn on Twitter
Paul Pierce will be active for the Celtics on Monday but is not starting and is not likely to see much playing time. The Celtics are giving their starters as much rest as possible so expect a repeat on Wednesday. Jeff Green will be starting in his place and would be an excellent last minute pickup. Mike Miller sprained his left ankle in Monday's game at Atlanta. He was already wearing braces on both thumbs and has not been able to stay healthy at all this season. We're guessing his night is over, even though he was just finally able to return from the thumb injury tonight. Apr. 11 - 8:50 p.m. ET Source: Ira Winderman on Twitter
Vince Carter will miss Monday's game due to a sore knee and is day-to-day. Not too shocking and it should mean more run for Josh Childress and guard Zabian Dowdell. Apr. 11 - 9:09 p.m. ET Source: Paul Coro on Twitter
