Josh Howard will miss Tuesday's game with his nagging knee injury. Here we go again. Rashard Lewis and Cartier Martin are also out, so look for plenty of Trevor Booker and Mo Evans tonight. Mar. 8 - 6:00 p.m. ET Source: Wizards on Twitter
Rashard Lewis, Josh Howard and Cartier Martin are all out with knee injuries for the Wizards on Tuesday. We could actually see five rookies on the floor at one time for the Wizards tonight, which would be interesting, to say the least. We're still waiting for Lewis to be shut down for the season, but as of now, he's day-to-day. Mar. 8 - 5:59 p.m. ET Source: Wizards on Twitter
Kevin Love's MRI results say his knee is structurally fine and he is now listed as day-to-day with a left knee contusion. It looks like Love and his fantasy owners have avoided a crisis here, although we still don't know if he's going to play on Wednesday. With swelling in his knee, he's going to be a little shaky until it heals. Mar. 8 - 5:54 p.m. ET Source: Kent Youngblood on Twitter
Luis Scola (knee) will miss a game for the first time in his career on Tuesday against the Suns, which ends his streak of 311 consecutive games played. We'll let you know as soon as we know who is starting in his place, but for now we like Patrick Patterson to replace him followed by Jordan Hill. Give the starter a look in a spot-start. As for Scola, he was a game-time decision and warmed up for a while in an attempt to play, so we're hopeful that the injury isn't serious. Mar. 8 - 7:53 p.m. ET Source: Jonathan Feigen on Twitter
Andray Blatche suffered a strained right shoulder in Tuesday's game during the first quarter and is doubtful to return. Uh oh. The 'doubtful' tag came quickly after he went back to the locker room, and we're still working to find the details. Trevor Booker is worth a speculative add right now, but he carries a lot of risk given his lack of history in the league and the chance Blatche's injury isn't serious. He has flirted with value when given the chance, though, so stay tuned. Mar. 8 - 7:43 p.m. ET Source: Washington Wizards on Twitter
Brandon Roy (knee) is available to play in the second game of the back-to-back on Tuesday. Nate McMillan has upgraded him to play "between 20 and 25 minutes," which is only going to complicate a wing rotation that has seen Wesley Matthews and Nicolas Batum suffer the past two games. We're not biting on Roy until he proves he can stay on the court. Mar. 8 - 7:59 p.m. ET Source: NBA.com
