Lakers center Andrew Bynum sat out of Monday's practice to receive further treatment. Phil Jackson is "hopeful" that Bynum will play Tuesday, adding, "He says he'll play." Emeka Okafor has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Wizards with a strained oblique muscle. Okafor was injured in the first half of Sunday's loss and could miss several games with the injury.
