He's been skewered in Washington for a lack of effort, is shooting 38.0 percent from the field and has battled multiple injuries. Now he's going to miss eight games in a best-case scenario. Blatche has never been known as a fast healer. Rookie Jan Vesely and Trevor Booker will share time at the power forward spot going forward.

It sounds like he has serious concussion symptoms and he won't be back until next Monday at the earliest. Chris Duhon is going to get a ton of burn as an interesting streamer for deep leaguers this week. Duhon went for 14 points, five assists, three rebounds, two steals and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes on Sunday.

It's hard to imagine what Kobe would do at full strength -- he's averaging 30.2 points in 38.5 minutes per game right now.
