"Tonight if he feels better we're going to try a couple things down there. I'd say questionable right now." This could be some gamesmanship on the part of the Bulls. We'd still be surprised if Boozer played.

Chris Bosh - F/C - Heat

Coach Erik Spoelstra said it's still too early to tell if Chris Bosh (ankle) will be able to play against the Raptors.
Bosh sat out practice Thursday. "He is feeling better, and we'll continue to evaluate him day to day," Spoelstra said. "Maybe he'll do a little bit of movement tomorrow." The Heat certainly don't need Bosh to win a home game against the lowly Raptors. Consider him questionable. Jan. 20 - 4:58 p.m. ET

Dwyane Wade - G - Heat

Dwyane Wade (knee) confirmed he sat out Thursday's practice as a mere precaution.
Wade did bump knees with Kurt Thomas last Saturday, but it's not a real concern. Wade often sits out practice and will likely sit out Friday's workout as well. He's not in danger of missing Saturday's game against the Raptors. Wade is averaging a healthy 38 minutes a night over his last nine games. Jan. 20 - 5:05 p.m. ET

Carlos Boozer - F - Bulls

Carlos Boozer (ankle) will not play against the Mavericks Thursday.
Just as we suspected all along. Boozer, a notorious slow healer, will need to at least participate in a shootaround before we believe he's ready to play. The fact that the Bulls called him game-time decision tonight does bode well for his outlook in Saturday's game, but there's still a good chance he rests again. Taj Gibson is a must-start tonight.
