Ouch.

I actually like this thread as we’re (mostly) talking basketball on here

from what you had said in earlier threads, I’d rather the green fruit NOT make a wager and just enjoy the games and feel free to talk and give your opinions (whether we agree or disagree) on here

Chemistry is what creates long term success.
I think all three teams remaining have great chemistry, especially the Warriors.

Steph/Klay/Draymond have been doing this for a while now, and have established a culture and system that guys can come in and fall into pretty seemelessly. They’ve also continued to churn out great pieces from the draft like Poole. It’s a beautiful thing to watch, really

Then tell him to say that and to stop pretending he is wagering on these games.

Fair enough?

It's the Vit stuff all over again but on a smaller scale.

Fruit bets $0 then laughs at people that make actual wagers and lose. He pretty much drove Pats out of this thread because it's pointless to debate a moron that doesn't bet, often takes both sides of a series through out the series....etc.

What I said? What are you talking about?

As far as the wagers go I do wager on games — sometimes unfortunately :) though I got a decent YTD overall these playoffs

Am I missing something?

Yeah there’s good basketball talk on here. Not sure what’s happening

So you’re going to Game 7? I have a Game 5 finals ticket so hoping it’s not a sweep :)

Honestly, I haven’t read all the bantering. When I log on and see that I’m a few pages behind, I just leave it at that.

plus I had nothing fun to say after the games 4 and 5 ass whoopings

Due to an unfortunate event in my household, I had to text my friend last nite and told him we cannot go and not to charge the card.

I felt like it would have been a dick move if I sold the tix as he was doing me a favor.

my wife mentioned to me this morning about getting finals tix (if we get that far) and told her I’m only getting 2 tix and not 4 and will be sitting in the 400 level

I’ve believed in your boys all along. Bet on them every game but Game 4 of this series and have a series wager on them

Game 7 will be tough , will have a smaller wager with Heat and let series wager ride

Would love to see Warriors/Heat finals

Chemistry? You like Cryrie. You thought the Nets were contenders, you pushed Labitch and the Lakers, you obviously know nothing about chemistry

Yes, all three remaining teams gave great chemistry. Hence they're still playing

Sorry to hear that man. Game 7’s are a blast

Playoff games are in general, so hope you get to see Finals. How much are they going for in Miami for upper level? Prices here are pretty nuts

So I know nothing about chemistry because I like Kyrie? That doesn’t make sense lol

I thought those teams would have stronger chemistry, guess I was wrong about that.

Chemistry is obviously very important but you gotta have the right pieces talent wise too. If the Celtics keep getting to the same place and falling short then something probably needs to change

I don’t even know how much ticket prices are

I was getting them from my friend who works in the HEAT’s front office. He sells me tix at face value and no service fees so whenever I want tix, I go through him first.

not sure how much I was paying (I forgot to ask) but he told me 2 Fridays ago (the day after heat beat sixers and schedule was announced) that this would be around $250 each and games 1,2,and 5 were less expensive

these where 300 level tickets

I am not sure if lower level was an option (I had lower level during bucks series last year) but didn’t even want to know the price of them

Damn that’s a good connection to have. Fees really get you

A pair of Game 5 tix were like $1500 when I bought them including fees, for 3rd row of 200s level (Chase Center only has 100 and 200 level basically) . Prices higher now so got lucky in a sense . Then you have ridiculous food/bev prices on top of that

Yes, it's painfully obvious Cryrie is a chemistry killer

Ran out of Cleveland

Destroyed the C's

And already pissing off Nets management

Teams are better off without him.

I think it got much worse when he left Cleveland. Something snapped in him, not sure if it had anything to do with family situation or just got tired of LeBron spotlight after a while. Probably both

He was seen as a great teammate during his time in Cleveland though — lot of players can speak to that and it obviously worked on the court with their level of success. He seemed more stable at that time.

I think he’s probably got some serious mental health issues, also probably poorly educated — he’s said some very dumb shit over the years. I don’t think he’s automatically a bad teammate or locker room “cancer” in any situation though.

Derrick White looks like an Oreo, alien, leprechaun.

Freakish.
He played the game of his life.

Spo coached a brilliant second half and sent blitzes at Tatum to get ball out of his hands. It worked as it forced Celtics role players to show up. Only one that did was White — highest scoring game as a Celtic believe. Others absolutely sucked though
