I was wrong.

It was actually 30-5 Boston at one point.

Boston should have been winning the battle, but Miami was going to the bucket more than that FT disparity shows. Just laughable.
At one time the celts had more free throw missed (7) than the HEAT had even attempted (5)

Congrats on the win, man. Exactly the type of game they needed: gritty, gutsy, getting the fuck after it on defense. Tucker making Tatum cry for every call

Definitely pulling for yall. Easy team to root for

It’s an easy team to hate but if u look at the roster, they are full of 2nd round draft picks and undrafted free agents.

I don’t think they have a top 10 draft pick on their roster

First knee jerk response is to pound Boston. Feels like a 15 point win to me.

Desperation. Crowd fired up like no other. BITCH Jimmy playing on one leg. At best.
Leaning that way but we'll see. Miami offense sluggish a bit second half. Butler quiet in first half as well so wonder if he's feeling fine if he will give them a surge

Tatum looking a little nervous answering questions about his "injury" . Pretty funny that Van Gundy was calling it for what it was lol

Yeah, my logic is pretty simple to follow here.

Butler huge loss, but they were up 15 when he went out. That's a real cushion. Still gonna be a hill to climb to comeback obviously.
Fact that the Heat came out with a pretty passive Jimmy and absolutely gave it to the Celtics like that kind of blew the "series is over" narrative right out the water.

Lowry returning but not 100%, and Williams health being questionable were both givens coming into the series.

Lot of things tipped in favor of Celtics tonight -- no Butler, reffing definitely favorable to them. Celtics just sucked too much to do anything about it. Can't start a zig-zag home playoff game so lifeless

Heat are just a tough, gritty team, and pose a lot more of a defensive threat than Nets or Bucks. You might question how Miami can get its scoring at times, but you could pretty easily flip it the other way do the same for Boston....

Such great post game analysis.

From a guy who told us it would be a Lakers v Nets NBA Finals.

Pretty hard to take both favs and have them win a combined 0 play off games.

You think the Heat provide more challenges defensively than Kyrie Irving? Dunno, that's a tough 1

You see him in the 2016 finals? Celts lucky they squeaked by him, series was a nailbiter for sure

Glad y'all were finally able to get over the Kyrie hurdle after him and my boy LeBron sonned you for a few years there (well, Lebron for much longer)

Got a chance to exorcise the Miami Heat demons too

Still pretending you have a job that doesn't involve ur brother being ur boss?

Funny how many open hours u seem to have each day.

But yes I don't know your brother or anything about u. :)

Enjoy sniffing those kyrie sneakers

That might be because the Heat fouled a lot, by design. It's obvious they wanted to be more physical and it worked

That was as ugly a game as I've ever seen.

Tatum especially was taken out if his game. Let's see how he responds. This team seemingly likes having their backs against the wall

This series is FAR from over.

many fine basketball analysts from both ESPN & The RX were saying Celts in 5 after that game 2 beat down.

HEAT just happy to go to game 5 with at least 2 wins in the series

saw you were up early this morning. Hope you didn’t lose sleep over how poorly Tatum played ?

Haha, thanks for your concern, but I don't lose sleep over gambling or a game. One team wins, one team loses, upsets happen, blowouts happen, the unexpected happens

When my team is eliminated, I get a little bummed, but I'm still a lucky man and it's quickly on to next year

I'm hoping Jimmy Buckets is OK, injuries to superstars suck. I also want to see Robert Williams back, don't think Adebayo runs wild against him.

Miami was more physical on defense, sure. But they should’ve had WAY more than 5 free throws before the late game desperation fouling

Free throw disparity should’ve been a lot closer
