Couple things CKid.....
Just bcuz the 1st half of a game goes under doesn't mean the 2nd half is. A team team that usually has a slow start will try to pick up the pace in the 2nd half, especially if they're down.
And as far as "fixed" games, if that is the case, then why even cap at all? Is all the players and refs in on it? Did all the players intentionally miss their shots in the first half of the game and then easily sank everyone of their shots in the 2nd half? So, back to my first question, if games are rigged why cap?

His "capping" has never been more (or less) than chasing steam. Such moves are harder to detect for 2H wagers, thus his being clearly befuddled and like little donny trump "it's rigged!!"
