mayfield outqualifies biffle so its a mute pt now

Your right Red it is a mute point now. I am still not sure if Pinnacle would have done the right thing if Biffle would have been faster though. From the emails they sent me posted above it seems they had made there decision already, who knows. I guess i shoudn't have bet on a bum that wrecks his car in practice.

Good thinking RPM, I think i have sent them enough emails, they are probably tired of hearing from me and plus i have to leave for work in about 45 minutes so i can make some of the money the bums i have been betting on this week lost for me. So maybe one of the mods here could find something out.

i think pinnacle must have misunderstood you.
they use qual times to grade qual matchups.
i can't see how they'd grade biffle as a loser
if he had a faster qual lap than mayfield

I received an email that said incorrect information was provided by the Customer Service Department & that the player will be refunded his wager as well.

I just got home and read an email saying what General posted. Classy move by Pinnacle. I had already excepted the loss after Mayfield out qualifed Biffle. I don't know what else to say. Thanks Pinnacle and everyone here who helped out in this situation, it is much appreciated.
