Nope. I was genuinely surprised you said Maher because I did think that your view on issues was similar and certainly the two of you share the "not mincing words" and "not beating around the bush", getting right to the point style of expression, thats all.

2) Back on topic, it might be easier to define what comedian is actually funny nowadays, because I think most of them are in the sewer. Self deprecating humor is a lost art, family humor is now "offensive" to somebody somewhere and the only thing comedians do is viciously attack certain politicians. They just ain't funny
