It absolutely should factor in.. You can't go into a workplace and make allegations like that .. Those kinds of smears stick to people.. its worse then the helmet swing imo
It's more funny than anything to me, he's basically trying to sell that Rudolph got hit at the end of the game and with 20 jacked black dudes within 15 feet of him, he just says "Get off me _______!"
