There is a great development project company Wellington Properties www.wamcr.com and they have a great project going just 10 minutes north of Los Suenos. They fly their clients down here and pick up their expenses with ocean view lots starting at $50K in a high end gated community with 14 location shopping center at the entrance and Pacific on one side and carrara Biological reserve on the other side of property. They do telelmarketing too, but they are legit big time........get in while the gettings good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have to understand that there are tons of Americans just looking for a free vacation so by putting up a % of the money in escrow with a title company like Stewart Title you are showing you are a qualified buyer and not some bum trying to get a free vacation......If they are not willing to pick up the expenses and spend a few days with you after putting up a 100% refundable escrow then they are probably trying to sell you swamp land.....but there are legit companies out there an you can filp lots over for nice pennies once the devopements are completed. Look for companies that have a track record and prior projects either in C.R. or other countries.....
