My Take on Shack/Raiders Contest

As has been stated earlier,Sea has been put in an impossible situation here.

Having had a vested personal interest in this contest-(I used the picks for my proline plays with some success cause I knew I was getting some good plays) it is sad that it turned to shit.

With all due respect to Shack--I think if you extend it as Ragu has suggested you will win. There are just too many inconsistencies in the format and plays to render a decision that would seem fair...

Hope this works out but don't see how it can now where all will be happy. I was going to play someone back here in a similar contest but thankfully the other person backed out. Didn't realize the propensity these things can have to get ugly. I gamble to win but I need to enjoy it as well, I am sure neither side enjoyed this one too much.

Props to Ragu for stepping in with good intentions in all this.

IMO...the contest should go by the original ground rules...period.

its really quite simple...post your selections, if your picks are the same as the other persons (piggybacking) cool, your on the same wave length........

the only fair way is to use the ORIGINAL CONTEST RULES and figure the winner..........

Dime-The problem is Raiders can't understand the rules and has misadded the totals. It was clear when the contest would end and Raiders tried saying that was the wrong day. Shack is trying to play be the rules but Raiders can't interpret the rules and Shack can. It's that simple.

I just read through the entire thread and have been following this contest, and I have to agree with DPO and Raiders here. Rules were set so shit like this wouldn’t happen, unfortunately it did. Sea you are a big man putting up with all this BS. I feel bad for Raiders too, not only does he have to deal with Shack, he has to fight off MFG and GIL too! I was actually thinking of challenging some jerk off at Covers to a contest before I saw all this shit going down the last few weeks. Now I think I’ll pass. Best of luck figuring out a solution and may the best man (capper) win.

Oh shut the hell up MFG. You couldn't be unbiased here if you had directions on how not to be.

The contest had set rules which both parties agreed too & from my understanding Raiders has followed them so he won.

The best thing to do is to add up all the posted plays that met the original rules & whomever is on top which I'm sure is Raiders, wins.

Sea should also get some coin for dealing with this shit.

I have said several times that neither one of these guys is innocent. But there is a thing called compromise which Raiders wanted nothing to do with. Shack made questionable plays but Raiders wanted everything his way. I just wanted these guys to work their shit out instead of spamming the boards with this tired old shit. I suggested a compromise that was fair and neither side answered me, so fvck em both.

Glife- I canceled the contest. Shack made many questionable plays and when they lost asked for all to be canceled. It's unfair to Sea so just getting my money back is fine.
