NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 22, 2007 -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Other OTC:WTVI.PK - News) launched its new Social Internet TV website this week (www.Wi-FiTV.com) and quickly scored its biggest viewing day in the Company's twelve year history, and set the stage for major viewer and advertising growth.

According to Alexa, an independent web tracker, Wi-Fi TV achieved a top 25,000 ranking of most viewed websites in the world, easily surpassing Wi-Fi TV's previous highest ranked day, and topping tens of millions of other websites. While not yet anywhere near You Tube or My Space levels, it is an impressive premier for a website from a little known company that has yet to advertise. It also follows a trend where Wi-Fi TV, with the last generation of its Social Internet TV website, has climbed steadily up the Alexa rankings from a three month average ranking in the 300,000 range to a recent three month ranking in the 125,000 range, and occasional single days where viewing reached into the top 100,000. Reach and page views have also been steadily growing, and the independent NeoTracker has reported that Wi-Fi TV has been viewed in over 190 countries.

"For an initial launch with very little marketing, this is a phenomenal start for the new Wi-Fi TV website. While the site is being expanded and enhanced on a daily basis, Wi-Fi TV is now the right platform to bring Social Internet TV to the next step in global viewing," stated Chairman Alex Kanakaris.

"The Internet audience creates its own hits and misses and constantly defies the status quo. Wi-Fi TV has struck a chord with the Internet generation and the response we have been getting from the Internet viewing public has been overwhelming. We believe the timing is perfect for the new Wi-Fi TV, and now the Alexa ratings show that we are moving in the right direction. Combined with our new targeted video advertising, as well as premium station sales and premium content and product sales, we strongly believe in the future of Wi-Fi TV," Kanakaris added.

"The next step is to keep increasing the Wi-Fi TV audience and while the Company focuses on building the web site, we are calling on all fans of Wi-Fi TV to tell their friends and family to sign-up for free at Wi-Fi TV. This is a grass roots effort that can help turn Wi-Fi TV into the Next IT website," Kanakaris concluded.

On February 21, 2007, Alexa reported that Wi-Fi TV's traffic rank was 24,946, that Wi-Fi TV had a 69% increase in average traffic over a three month period, and that its three month traffic ranking had increased 89,703. The one day traffic ranking, which closely follows the launch of the new website, was the all-time one-day high for Wi-Fi TV.

How Are Traffic Trend Graphs Calculated?

"The Trend graph shows you a three-day moving average of the site's daily traffic rank, charted over time. The daily traffic rank reflects the traffic to the site based on data for a single day. In contrast, the main traffic rank shown in the Alexa Toolbar and elsewhere in the service is calculated from three months of aggregate traffic data.

Daily traffic rankings will sometimes benefit sites with sporadically high traffic, while the three-month traffic ranking benefits sites with consistent traffic over time. Since we feel that consistent traffic is a better indication of a site's value, we've chosen to use the three-month traffic rank to represent the site's overall popularity. We use the daily traffic rank in the Trend graphs because it allows you to see short-term fluctuations in traffic much more clearly," according to information on the Alexa web site.

For full information on the independent Alexa ranking service, go to www.Alexa.com. Wi-Fi TV Inc. has paid no fees to Alexa.com and the web site is considered a world-leading independent evaluator of web traffic.

Wi-Fi TV Is a Pioneer In Online TV

Wi-Fi TV Inc. has long touted the coming convergence of TV and the Internet and was established twelve years ago, and provided the first online movie in December 1995. The Wi-Fi TV web site is the only place on the Internet where you can watch hundreds of TV stations and chat with others watching the same program in a live chat box directly under the viewing screen, and get breaking news for each country and category listed, and download a dialer and make free phone calls all on one web site.

Looks like it's taking a beating again today. down ~30%. Could be a nice chance for profit should it recover! I still wouldn't buy yet though...it's been down quite a bit this week

I will be in within the month.

Thanks, I love penny stocks, I get more action from them than betting a afternoon baseball game in June.

I have lost on many(cmkx, ncdp, epea among others), but still love the thrill!

Haha, fuckin CMKM Diamonds. How many people took it on the chin with that piece of garbage?? (me included) One of the all time greats. What did they have at the end, something like 700 billion shares o/s??

First off, I LOVE YOUR NAME!! Sweetest sound in the world is the snap that one of those things make when you break it in half......

Here was the scenario........

At home on a Tuesday afternoon on house arrest and my phone rings with a friend of mine telling me that I have to buy NOW! I let him know that I have no money available in my account. He tells me that I have got to act now and that it can not wait until Thursday (the day I was able to leave my house to shop/bank/etc). I call my PO and tell him of an emergency and that I am going to be in trouble if I do not get to the bank to move some funds around. After a hour of begging, I get permission to leave for 1 hour. I go to the bank and send 5k to my brokerage account and the rest is history......

Did have some fun and entertainment with it though.

You said it Ace, the snap tis a fine sound.

I think I lost around $1,500 on CMKX when all was said and done, but it was a hell of a ride. I owned something like 5.5 million shares and I remember just sitting there with a calculator and multiplying 5.5 million by $0.28 or $0.13 or $0.56, etc. and just laughing at the astronomical figures. I never saw such emphatic pumping and wild dreaming on stock message boards that took place with CMKX, it was just insane. I knew it would never go over $0.001 but it was fun dreaming. I stay away from the pennies now like the plague but I did have some fun with them.

And thats why they play the game.

Wi-Fi TV Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTVI) announced today that it is actively seeking a one to two part equity sale, perhaps involving an IPO on the AIM/London Stock Exchange, and that it is holding talks in the U.S. and U.K. regarding this. The company has received indications of interest from investment groups in Orange County, CA, Atlanta, New York, and from nominated advisors to the London/AIM Exchange in London, according to company sources.

Is this what you are hoping for? A buyout of sorts?

Save Your Money, Don't Buy This Penny Stock

Anyone that wants to buy this stock. I have some great swamp property in redneckville to sell you. I just found this room on therx.com and I can tell there a number of newbie investors here. Save your money and don't invest in a stock that is trading for 5 cents a share. You are most likely to lose all or most of your money. There is almost always a reason for why a stock trades for what it does. This guy may be well intentioned, but there are also a lot of sharks and scam artists that promote these penny stocks. Just a word of caution.

To make money in the market you must pick out good stocks fundamentally and then buy them when the technicals are good and sell when the technicals turn south. I also recommending practicing diversification and I typically try to stay away from putting too much of my portfolio in one stock or sector; although I am admittedly overweight in oil services companies right now, and it paid off today at least. This is how you make money consistently (fundamentals, technicals, and diversification).

Here are my current holdings

AMSF
BBD
CENX
CLB
CVGRX
DLA
ECHO
FUNC
GMO
IWOV
KSCVX
NOV
NPTE
ONNN
RNO
RUSHA
SCS
SPR
SSRAX
TDW
UMESX
USU

Stocks I would recommend purchasing at this time, because they pass my fundamental and technical screens:

RUSHA
(Auto and truck parts manufacturer that came up in my fundamental screens, and this sector is hot right now as they are now dictating prices to Detroit and not the other way around.)

GMO (speculative mining play - in the exploration phase, they own leases on several properties that have been had feasiblity studies conducted - one of the leases is on a property believed to be contain one of the largest sources of molybdenum in the world - this mineral is used to construct pipelines and steel - energy companies are in the process of rebuilding out of date pipelines and also constructing new ones. The pipelines now use about 2 % molybdenum in them and this one of the reasons this commodity has been increasing in price. This company has no revenue yet, but it is promising and worth placing a minimal stake in your portfolio.)

SPR

(aerospace and defense company that showed up in my fundamental and technical screens - I became the proud owner today and had the low buy of the day on this stock.)

BNL
(British ADR stock that makes a lot of boring products that you find in your average grocery store.........came up in my fundamental and technical screens)

IT
(Management Services Company that came up in my fundamental and technical screens)

There are others but these are a few...........will begin to post my trades on here in an effort to help. I am sure I can learn something from some folks in here as well.

Good Luck in the stock market and the sports market. I like to play both.

Your NYX turned around, but this one is looking real bad. .008

This has already been mentioned, but penny stocks are a bad gamble. Take your money to the casino where, even if you lose, you can get drunk or maybe a comp.

Better yet, try buying some puts or calls on a real stock.
