Oh, maybe he is not a scammer then - but would the first thing you do is call them - like in a panic? My neteller often has 5 figures - this would be extremely nerve racking to me.

I think kekekek is in the Booya family. Not sure, but we can check with the local language director and find out. It is a complex language if so and not many of us would be able to really comprehend.

This happened to me as well. I was on a surf trip in Costa Rica and needed to send money to my bank account from my Neteller account. So I went to a Internet Cafe in Jaco and tried to access my Neteller account and it said it was closed. I called them up right away and they told me it was because someone tried to access it from another Country. Now, that is some security. Good to know Neteller has got our backs.

A recommendation which I've used with credit card companies to prevent the same thing happening when I've travelled overseas: notify NETeller in advance and tell them what country you will be accessing your account from - see if that might help, if they have a notation they may not freeze your account. Wouldn't hurt to ask.

When I originally set up my Neteller acct, I was visiting family in another state. Naturally, I gave my real address on their aplication. I submitted it and it was approved. However, when I attempted to access my acct I was instructed to contact security. Seems my acct ws flagged beause I opened it in another state.

IOW, their security seems pretty tight.
