''Teaching HIPAA Compliance, I get these kinds of awkward binds presented daily. HIPAA restricts the Doc from sharing PHI and it is also better not to comment on this one directly. Perhaps if yelp will not remove it ( If the crazy pt. has-- No pic on yelp, no real presence on yelp), then try to conquer by getting trusted patient friends to busy that yelp.
It is so strange the lengths one has to go to---like walking a tightrope--- balancing not to fall into HIPAA hell and also having to bury the hellish posts that nut jobs post.
I imaging heaven will have No YELP nor HIPAA regs.
