I think that what He's saying is Boise State has a far easier path to running the table year after year. It's unfair to exclude them from the BCS title game but it's also unfair to penalize other teams that play a far tougher schedule year after year. College football need a mini playoff after the 4 major bowls are played. 3 more games and why does it seem so difficult to comprehend ?

Oregon probably wouldn't deserve going in from the Wac with that schedule. Funny thing that most of these Boise worshipers fail to mention, Their own coach has said his team is not deep enough to survive in major conferences week after week. So basically he is saying they have a unfair advantage going undefeated and a possible shot in title game

I, on the other hand will admit to being a U of BS hater, NOT the tm so much, as the blind sycophants, that make outlandish statements & won't admit the weakness of their schedule. They're a nice little COLLEGE tm, w/NO player that will be drafted in the 1st rnd, or probaly the 2nd either. Just enjoy your run & STFU as if you had a team that could beat the "2001" Canes or the "95" Huskers. Jeez!! There's a chance for the NC game OR they could be shutout of the BCS alltogether. I'd like to see them play Stanford. Lots of pts in that one.:think2:

nevada and stanford are very similar teams. You guys got stanford at home which was huge. I'm just crossing my fingers the road game against nevada turns out okay. They are dangerous as well. I don't think either team is top 10 worthy though.

One thing these homers forget is, Boise isn't the top of the mountain for coaches ! Peterson will jump ship eventually like Hawkins did !

Peterson and Patterson at TCU have had plenty of chances to jump ship in recent years. Both seem pretty intent on building the programs at this point. The bigger paycheck has to be on their minds but you throw job security out the window by leaving. Tough call but I think both stay a while unless offered top-10 jobs like Texas, USC, Alabama, etc.
