Connecticut casinos closed through May 12, so far

When I first read this I was thinking that was a month and a half away, but it's only two weeks

Time is a blurr, every day is the same, I need to get out and help grow the economy, damn this shit

Most casinos should be back up & running by July, with social distancing & a ton of other rules in place.

id much rather return in july with more safety measures in place for employees and customers then return in mid may with restricted number of guests and lower pay because of lower business levels. There are safety nets in place like unemployment or the cares act, lets use them to most of their potential.

Just this past week one of our regular HL Blackjack players passed away from the virus. She had been a nurse for 40 years, contracted it treating a patient and died. She was set to retire the next week.

I thought the Gov of Mizzou didn't give a fuck, hasn't he allowed concerts to return if venues want to do them?

Most businesses are open, dine in restaurants are with capacity limits. I dont think any big concerts are going on. My bbq tournament at the end of june is cancelled, but thats on the kansas side of kc. Gaming that regulates missouri casinos are super strict. Packets to apply for a license are 30-40 pages long

Tell me how the couple without the masks at this Deadwood casino that just opened a few days ago are a safe distance from each other. Maybe they are together but if their not when they bend over putting bets on the layout they are breathing at a very close distance. Apparently masks are optional at most casinos. Those that opened and those that are about to open. The dealers are protected though the plastic shield does nothing to prevent the virus from entering in opening below the chin. The mask does prevent them sneezing or coughing in a patron's face and or a patron doing the same.

Gaming probably wont allow traditional masks for employees, because it could abstruct your identity. We cant wear masks or tons of face paint on haloween either

Kidman, as you know all our casinos in Missouri have to open up together at this point but they may move beyond the ones in St. Louis County if Page keeps doing what he is doing. I just played golf with a group of guys that all work at one of the casinos. A few were pit bosses so they have an idea. They said they are told they are getting called back to work next week to get ready for the opening of the casinos in early June.

Thats what i assume, may 30th the 10% capacity is suppose to expire, so if they take it up to 25 or 50% it probably becomes reasonable compared to the maximum capacity limits. I imagine the last week of May well come back in waves for a 2 hr training on new procedures/cleaning and start back up june 1st or so. I pit as well
