An alteration to the NBA system. I am going to add Covers Pick and Roll to the fade list. So it's now Pick and Roll + the three handicappers from Sports Rumble. If 2 of them are on the same side we fade and take the opposite team. Given big NBA cards this will give us a few more plays. All bets will be flat bet. It's 3-2 on the year right now in this thread. Personally it's 5-2 for me but 3-2 for tracking purposes.
Covers Pick and Roll releases 2 plays against the spread each day. They usually post early in the morning. Last year they were 30 games under .500 per someone at that forum. It was also tracked by Pimpy for a while in the Rubber Room Tracking thread. Obviously my plan is to isolate a few mush handicappers and they fit the bill. They are 31-27 this year but I believe they are due for a regression. If you combine their squarish picks with the three from Sports Rumble hopefully we can hit in the 55% range and pull a profit from flat betting.
Additionally I want to try a College Basketball Mush thread. I'm going to use Bonus Plays again from free services that release daily college hoops plays.

what I do know is each day, the picknation site has each capper doing Bonus Plays with star ratings.

Also dont forget mighty quinn; gonna track him religiously this entire year, see if he really is a 43-44% capper at flat bets.

I actually think Mighty Quinn isn't that square. That might be ridiculous but I live in NYC and have followed him for 6 years. Yeah he loses but from what I remember many years he was breakeven before a horrific year last year and a mediocre year in 2010. He does a ton of chalk but it's anti-public chalk. What I believe I have captured with my NBA Fades are that I'm fading "Joe Public" with the Sports Rumble group+ Pick and Roll.
Mighty Quinn is usually anti-public with his chalk (favorites with like 30-45% consensus). I'm pretty uncertain what I have put together for college hoops. Could turn out to be a bad system since there are so many games.
Mr. A, Gina etc are usually in the 60%+ consensus with their NBA plays.

I have started to track certain cappers from the goons site. Won't mention names because they are probably reading this soon.
Not only will I follow their whole card, but also track a subset of their plays which I think will be more profitable (if at all)
in the long run.

Haha yeah I'm pretty positive they are unaware. I'm still messing around with what a good college hoops system with these free picks could be. I think my NBA one is pretty perfect with Sports Rumble+Covers since they are posted every day.

There are two college plays today. Johnny Guild and College Funds are on Missouri. Then College Funds and Cappers Access on Oklahoma. As a result we fade and take
Iowa State +2.5
Kansas +3
Also we have at least one play in the NBA. Covers Pick and Roll and Johnny Guild on the Clippers -8.5. Fade play is on

No plays today. Mr. A and Pick and Roll are on the Heat but Gina is on the Raptors. I forgot to address this rule but in those cases where there are differences I'm saying you need a "+2 differential." Obviously in this case it's only plus one.

We have a play tonight finally. Both Gina and Mr. A are on the Thunder -2.5. I'm getting +3 on Bovada. If anyone has access to that site it's the best site to use for this since they jack up favorite lines and that's usually what all of the Sports Rumble people take.
