Crewe full-back Anthony Tonkin is a doubt for Alex's clash with Millwall at Gresty Road.

The attacking left-back sustained a foot injury in the 1-0 win against Coventry at the weekend and may miss the visit of Dennis Wise's side.

Dario Gradi will also make late checks on another couple of un-named players but Billy Jones (muscle strain) and Mark Roberts (knee) remain sidelined.

The Alex boss said: "We have one or two knocks. I would think it is unlikely that he (Tonkin) will play so I will be unable to pick an unchanged team."

Danny Dichio could make his first start for more than two months for Millwall.

The burly striker has only recently recovered from a hernia operation but has come on as a substitute in each of the Lions' last three matches and scored the winner in the 1-0 derby win over West Ham on November 21.

And with Millwall struggling to find the target away from home - they have scored only four league goals on their travels this term - Dichio is set to be restored to the line-up.

If Dichio does start, his former West Brom team-mate Scott Dobie would be the favourite to make way.

Player-manager Wise missed Saturday's defeat at Burnley and is also in line for a return to the starting XI, along with Jody Morris and Paul Ifill.

Thanks for the pick. I have a feeling the line may move against us tomorrow so I am going to wait until I bet.

Of course I will be betting on Mr.Sharp's side and ignoring the advice to fade him (after all if I had done that over the past few weeks I would have lost 66% of my bets).

Managed to squeeze a bit of extra value by waiting. Got +105 in the end, the line only drifted out slightly so everyone is on at about the same price. Good luck to us!!
