There's the pier and then several blocks inland they have the promenade. Basically a pedestrian road with shops, bars, and restaurants.

What made you move back east?

I've moved around a little over the years... Lived down in Florida for 6 years too. I Always go back to NY.
I remember saying a few times in my life that I would Never move back...lol

Own places in both NY and FL, and have talked to the Wife about a move to Florida ( Full time ) I think it will happen within 2 years

Did OP actually make this move? Would make a lot of sense if he did. Used to be fairly normal, turned into a raging liberal look-at-me-I'm-vegan douchebag, only makes sense that a move to Cali triggered that transformation.
