I like Wahlberg but damn...I don't think he's came out with anything worth watching since Shooter. Last one I truly liked from him. He needs a new agent.

Lone Survivor, Ted and The Fighter were all great.

First Gambler film was great because you could relate to the main character, not to mention most of us have a soft spot for Sonny Corleone haha. This Walhberg guy took an antihero and made him a full blown villain. Very hard to root for.

Watched it last night on PPV. It was terrible.

Music was bad, the lecture stuff at his university was unrealistic and basically, he was just a degenerate loser. Would not recommend.

complete piece of shit, 0 effort put into it. like everyone said guy was unrelatable and movie was definitely not intended for a gambling audience. Also I gotta mention in that basketball game the team is up 6 or 7 whatever it was with under a minute with the ball, every single time in that situation the other team fouls and tries to extend game. Yet in the game the team up shoots the ball instead of trying to run out the clock? Yeah very realistic.
