I like The Razors Edge myself, it is based on a novel by W. Somerset Maugham, Murray has to act in the roll. Unfortunately the movie was panned by critics and did not do well at the box office.
I quess it is a matter of taste.

How could I forget he was a riot - Tony Cheeseburger.

Remember this line:
Jay Trotter: You've got great legs.
Vicki: Thanks. They go from my ass all the way to the floor.

Alright one more.. when Looney bet $500 on the Packers, how many points did their opponents score? And he bet a horse that had the same name as his cat, what was it?

Office Space definitely has to be on there, the movie got almost no hype yet around the office everyone talks about it or refers to it at some point at least once a week.

Anything by David Mamet also makes my list. Few consistently make movies that have as many clever twists that you can't predict. In an age of nothing but predictable endings he is definitely a rare bird.

Looney was a trip - he bet the Packers and the number of points their opponet scores - I am not really sure but 51 seems to come to mind, but it is a guess. And the cat's name you are going to have to remind me. I remember Looney getting Trotter arrested and all the other craziness but the cat's name I forget.

Packers lost 75-3 and the cat/horses name was JUNE BUG.

Actually just watched it again last week and noticed that the young blonde girl with braces is that Miranda chic on Sex in the City.

BIGRAGU, U GOT IT...I TELL EVERYONE, IF U HAVENT SEEN LET IT RIDE, YOU HAVE TO...ESPECIALLY FOR A GAMBLER.....THAT IS THE BEST, MOST ACCURATE MOVIE, THAT IS THE WAY YOUR FRIENDS WILL ACT IF U GET A HOT STREAK, MAD U DIDNT LET EM IN ON IT, AND PISSY WHEN U TRY TO HELP THEM, WOW HOW ACCURATE...
icon_smile.gif

I LIKE THE WINDOW TELLER( THE GUY FROM NUNS ON THE RUN), WITH THE SHITTY ATTITUDE AT FIRST, THEN AFTER A COUPLE RACES HE'S RIGHT WITH HIM, HAS TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE AFTER HE MAKES THE BET.........AND TERI GARR, A VERY UNERRATED ACTRESS, SHE IS HILARIOUS....."CANT U PEOPLE JUST WATCH THE HORSES RUN WITHOUT BETTING ON THEM?"....."WITHOUT BETTING , THERE WOULD BE NO RACES...

"

ALONG WITH THIS MOVIE, I THINK BLUES BROTHER 2000, IS VERY UNDERRATED, NOT MUCH PLOT, BUT THE MUSIC IS AWESOME, PLUS THEY MANAGED TO GET EVERY LIVING STAR FROM THE ORIGINAL, BACK INTO THE SEQUEL, SOME 20 YEARS LATER, AMAZING....THE BATTLE OF THE BANDS AT THE END IS WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION RIGHT THERE...WHAT AN ALLSTAR BAND THEY PUT TOGETHER.....

Patrick, loved Glory as well as Courage Under Fire who was made by the same filmaker.
Ditto on Let It Ride, favorite scene is where he goes around and asks everyone who they like and crosses them off and the one who no one likes is the one he bets and wins! Lmao.
