Padres will see the most improvement, just in getting Hoffman and having a new stadium. Having a full season of Giles will help as well, they didn't give up much offseason except mediocre Jarvis. They could contend for the division if they stay healthy and some young guys play decent.

The Pads were definitely tearing the cover off the ball in early fall last year, but haven't upgraded the rotation?

The Tigers!! hands down. Simple reason is they were a team that had the most room to improve

Along with Higginson & Young it looks like ok to me, and throw in pudge(looks like he may sign)it's even better.
