So I'm just seeing this new thing. I see my name mentioned. I'd like to respectfully decline should I be eligible to win anything.
I think the recognition should go to the guys who bring great content, preferably handicapping content. Kaboom and Chrishansen come to mind. Computer Group used to bring all kinds of good stuff but he's knnda withdrawn from that role. Maybe this recognition will reignite him and many others who bring great content, self researched and otherwise.
I also think it important to recognize the guys who banked our contests in the past. That was a HUGE board service. Living the Family Life and Willie99 wore those hats honestly and well.
And of course Indiana has been mentioned as a guy who always thanks people for their consistant work. That helps a ton for the guys who are handicapping / researching for hours and days before posting their findings.
There are also guys who help to keep the board's head on straight - I think Willie99 deserves a lot of credit for his multiple contributions over the years.
Personally as I use this board for more than sports handicapping I also appreciate what Stevie Ray. Sherriff Joe, magaking and a guy from the opposie political persuasion, Bozzie, bring.
