That USC debacle must have been before the rule change because that can’t happen now. If your leading in OT and get a TO the game is over.I've only seen that play happen once in 30 years. USC scored in overtime once on a scoop and score to cover 12 1/2 leading by 6 in OT. I was on wrong end of that one too just like today with Illinois +4 (hence the nickname I use). What a way to lose a bet.

You can return an INT for a TD to win a game. If you are leading in OT and intercept the game is over at that point.no interception run back td? in OT
That rule change came in the late ’90’s, early 2000’s.I lost that game I think they were play ASU. It was in the late or mid 90’s
