This head mod gig is OK for MO, at this time, if he gets 36k IMO. I know a lot of people making less than that, and they'd love to make that salary. Benies aren't that critical when you are younger.
The problem is with the future. One disagreement with Shrink, and he could be gone. Now that's big... How many Sports forums are there that pay a Mod decently ? I think only a handful, so few places to continue doing the same thing exist. Being a competent electrician or something gives you more options.
