People like you are saying a person should never try to maximize their profit. So if they have a talent & can make a bunch sharing it with people, they should instead hold it inside & do nothing.

I had thought of just leaving this site, but that would be detrimental to some of the great posters that I have a good relationship with. However, as it doesnt seem to be a problem, now that the NFL season is over, I will just post negative responses to all posts.

After taking my losses tonight like a man ( not sure any of you actually bet) I have calmed down. My furore was at Smokey posting and everyone acting as nothing had changed.

Nobody should use this Forum as a catalyst for their own benefit, and its the moderators job to make sure, thats the case.

This comment doesn't make sense. The mods job should be to keep things civil and protect the interests of the board, nothing more. If people make efforts to turn this into their own advertising haven, that seems to be well controlled. If someone goes outside this board and claims that what they did on this posting board proves anything about their character or ability, that is the problem of the person who would believe that. It is an inevitable fact of life, people want to post their picks for a myriad of reasons; some may be a bit more financially involved than others. You can't stop that short of saying no one can post any kind of advice on here, but that would chase away at least half the posters here.
