Okay, we're back, finally.
Both teams arrive at this competition with something hanging over their heads. One with injuries and one with recent internal issues. Chelsea is on fire right now, unbeaten since the new manager with mostly wins. He has experience coaching Chelsea in the past and has had success in this tournament, so I can't rule out Chelsea completely as far as a blowout. They will come ready to play, especially since Chelsea has no chance of being in the Champions League next year, they will want to play at their highest potential I believe because this will be their last experience in this prestigious tournament for over a year. So I think the first leg will be close and I am starting to think PSG dominates the 2nd leg. But, this is a moment PSG has been looking towards for years and to play at home in the CL first, you know you have to take care of business to take off that pressure for the 2nd leg. So I'm not saying PSG has to win leg 1 in order to advance, but.... it pretty much is a must win for them at home.
The Right Back issue for PSG has everyone on their toes because the kid is a good player at 23, the reason he has been starting. But, with all that has gone on in Paris over the last year and the personnel with this team with Ibra leaving after this year.... I think the criticism this kid gave to his teammates and coaches will bring this team closer together today. Wow at Lucas starting over Cavanni. What that tells me is PSG knows they can't lose this game. They are going to track back on defense. But that is a ton of speed for PSG to try to match Willian and Hazard down the wings. PSG back end with Silva and Luiz(former chelsea player) are enough to keep Chelsea out of goal. Only player I worry about for chelsea scoring is Willian.
PSG ML -152 1st leg big for me
PSG to advance -165 (bet concludes March 9th) so I didn't play it for a lot like I would like.
