I don't think Bill Cower is the genius they make him out to be. I think a LOT of that sucess ( and so far Mike Tomlins) is Dick Lebeau and having a good franchise, good owner, good fans etc.

Look at the difference in ownership between say the Steelers or Patriots and the Lions or Raiders.... It would be a miracle for the Lions/Raiders to win at this point.
