as far as posting winners I've been doing it on this site, in MLS, for many years. Personally I'm absolutely content to see nobody replying to my threads I just think it's a bit asinine to all show up when my bet is down 3-1 at the half. Of course I've been on this forum for many years so I know that's how you all work, so can't say I'm shocked...

You'll forgive me if I don't recall any specific interactions in the politics forum but I've debarred myself from many unpleasant memories.
I do not think you are correct in saying this is the first time I've posted to your threads to thank you. I've followed your MLS picks for a long time and I will versed in your success. I'd say that it's because of your reputation for success that you got so many supporters in the thread last night. I think, too, that what you saw as animus and enmity was really group support. It was actually you who called the bet blown before the Half. The rest of us stuck around. I don't think anyone was here to bash but merely to commiserate.
As to Barry, well, even wikipedia notes his reputation as a "swinger" who enjoyed Las Vegas the only way it can be enjoyed (though I've had plenty of fun there without necessarily having to travel in the company of prostitutes and known Mob figures). But let's bracket this part of the discussion and focus on what's important. You've done a great job picking MLS and there are many of us who are thankful for the work you've put in. I wish you continued success in this aspect of your life and I remain confident that you will continue to pick lots and lots of winners. So thanks again.
