I might take a shot with West Ham +240. I just don't see how a MLS team, even if it is an all star team, could be better than an EPL team that plays together on a regular basis. I'll also most likely play the over.

MLS views this game as a proving ground, EPL (and Chivas and Celtic) view it as a friendly, don't tackle and are still getting into shape. Chelsea and Celtic put out much better teams than West Ham will and they both lost. Fulham got hammered with a team fairly comparable to this West Ham team, only slightly worse.
The biggest difference this year is the missing MLS guys (Ching, DeRosario, Guzan, Klejstan, Rogers, Wynne, Edu, Altidore, Parkhurst).
