Ive looked at all the different angles on this game and I really cant make a wager on this so passing today. Giants have experience with Greinke and he has looked awful but he pitches well in SF and Giants looked awful yesterday. You would think that means to take Dbacks or Giants team total under, however a high potent offense like the Giants are a bounceback team and could put up runs on a struggling Ace. At the same time we can see the same with Bumgarner. Hes had an awful start but pitching at home and coming off a shut out, you know his will. Too tough to call and no value. Going to lay off. If Giants lose today, Im going to have a good situational play on them tomorrow.

I agree on Okert. He looks nasty. Could see him taking over for Lopez next year. Nice addition to the team. Nice hit yesterday. Lean to the Giants and under for me but not strong enough for a play. Giants in a little funk right now. Think they might squeeze one out

4/21 Im glad yesterday Bumgarner finally showed up. He pitched well and looked comfortable. Giants are really in a funk and are struggling at the plate. To avoid the sweep I think Giants bats FINALLY show up. GIants have a good offense and the situational play is for them, on a day game, that is humid, against a pitcher theyve seen many times before, TRY and hit their way out of this. Im taking Giants Team Total OVER 4. I wouldnt be suprised if Posey takes the day off today as I know he usually takes the day off, doesnt affect my "situational" play. Other than that, no opinion on the game. I never like to bet a team based off the "due" factor which giants are. AND i dont want to play runline on a home team or pay -160.

4/23 Lost my last play Thursday back at it today. I have mentioned in a previous post anytime Peavy pitches, bet the over and opposing team total over, EXCEPT on home night cold games. Enter tonites game. Game should be cold and Peavy cant have a better situation. IF he gets rocked today, I would assume they move him to the pen and Heston takes his spot. I mean, Peavy has been getting ROCKEEEEED. Even in spring training he was getting hit very hard and everything has been line drives, including his starts this season. Giants Pen should have the good relievers available to pitch today as well in Strickland and Okert to keep marlins down.

Been a while since Ive posted. Ironically Ive been on a good run with the Giants. If youve been following them, their startinng pitching has been red hot the past 7 starts or so. After start number 4 I was talking about this with my coworkers and we all agreed that this is very SIMILAR to the 2010 Giants run where the starting pitchers were ALL in sync and competed against each other. Basically, going on a run where everyone was giving up 2 runs or less and just mowing teams down. We decided we were going to keep betting (some of them bet) the under on team totals of opposing teams until quality start ends. Ive one 3 or 4 in a row now, figured Id share with you all. Ironically, it could end tonite but I doubt the new pitcher is going to end this streak. Looking at the rotation, I think it will end going back to Bum on the home stand against the cubs, but who knows. Untill then, Im riding opposing team totals under and on some no score 1st inning until it ends.
