Bryce Harper wins NL MVP

Harper, 23, became just the 6th player in the expansion era to lead the National League in runs (118), HRs (42), and OPS (1.109) in a single season. He's the youngest NL MVP since Johnny Bench in 1970.

In 2015, Bryce Harper became the second player in National League history to finish in the top-2 in batting average, HR, runs and walks in a single season. Rogers Hornsby is the other, who did it twice (via Elias).

Josh Donaldson wins AL MVP

Donaldson joins George Bell as the only MVPs in Blue Jays history. Toronto, which reached the playoffs for the first time since 1993, owed much of its success to Donaldson. He finished 1st in the AL in runs (122), 2nd in WAR (8.8) and T-3rd in HRs (41).
