Sources: Dodgers get Kopech in deal with Cardinals, White Sox.

The Cardinals, White Sox and Dodgers are in agreement on a three-team deal that will send reliever Michael Kopech and infielder Tommy Edman to Los Angeles and right-hander Erick Fedde and outfielder Tommy Pham to St. Louis, sources confirmed to ESPN amid multiple media reports Monday.
The White Sox will be getting Miguel Vargas and a haul of prospects in return, sources confirmed to ESPN.
Kopech, 28, is 2-8 with a 4.74 ERA and 9 saves in 43 2/3 innings across 43 appearances this season for the White Sox, with whom he's pitched since entering the majors in 2018. The former starter was moved to the bullpen prior to this season.
Edman, 29, has yet to play this season amid myriad injuries following wrist surgery last October. He's spent all five of his MLB seasons with the Cardinals, posting a .265 career batting average.
The 31-year-old Fedde is 7-4 with a 3.11 ERA and 108 strikeouts for the White Sox this season. In addition, he's scheduled to make just $7.5 million next season. His first six seasons came were with the Washington Nationals, and he is 28-37 with a 4.92 ERA over his career.
Pham, 36, joins his ninth team since entering the majors in 2014 -- and his seventh team since the 2021 season. He is hitting .266 with 5 home runs and 19 RBIs for the White Sox this season.
Vargas, 24, is hitting .239 with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs for the Dodgers this season.
