I mean't I own a car and a bike, and yes I take a cab, but of course I have also broken the rules, but with this law I now think twice before drinking and driving
That's why i asked if you own a car, cause right now it's better u dont own one

Well it looks like the new law is already working! Yeah I have been thinking about breaking down and getting one, but I know if I had one I would drive fucked up, which is the main reason me and cars dont get along.

ha ha I hear ya but they dont really get to keep your car do they? Once you pay the fine you get it back right? And despite that the fact the laws are harsh you must admit, something had to be done right?

yes, someone had to do something but when the law puts someone with 0.75 in jail and the robbers roam free, something is most certainly totally fucked up

and yes, they do get to keep the car as in the 'goverment owns it'

it remains to be seen what happens to the one that belongs to a rent a car agency

also they caught two drunks, one from Sweden and another one a tico that lives abroad

the swedish guy gets to go free based on his 'clean record /being a good citizen etc'

the tico guy has to stay here and show up in court every 2 weeks, therefore fucking him up with whatever job he has abroad

to be totally clear, the law has a decent intention......but if you are going to try to charge me 120 dollars or something for FORGETTING my drivers license at home when I HAVE IT .......well

another one is this............I challenge anyone to drive at the speed limits that are posted........and let me know how it goes

Now lets see if we can get our government to make some new stupid anti-litter/pollution laws.

they can begin the anti-litter as soon as those morons from the municipalities get to spend the money they collect and provide decent garbage collection

the pollution ones we have bunches as far as I know....down here we have too many laws but its always selective enforcement

the new traffic law has laws for pedestrians....ok....we will see how many pedestrians get fined AND PAY for not crossing the streets at the designated points

ok see.....I am already ranting .........time for a beer (and no.......I am not driving :missingte )

Marked crossing areas for pedestrians are about as common as trashcans in this fair city.
