Well I don't have time to discuss and provide writeups for my other plays, not that's it worth it, since the lines are not as enticing but just in case someone cares, I am also betting on:

Atlanta Braves ML -220

This is a must for me. Not staying away from these odds. All I know here is that Jurrjens has three career starts versus the Bucs with an ERA of 3.18, a WHIP of 1.18 and the Pirates have batted .226 against him. Charlie Morton is on the mound for the Pirates and he was just traded from the Braves. His career numbers are horrendous and left handed batters are hitting .306 career against Morton. Well the Braves have Chipper Jones, Brian McCann, Jordan Schafer, Garret Anderson and Nate McLouth who bat from the left side and if anyone knows a thing or two about hitting this kid it would be the Braves since they just traded him. In 15 career starts, Morton has an ERA of 6.15...all you need to know really.

Philadelphia Phillies ML -150

Wish I could talk about this one forever but I can't. Bottom line is the Mets are going to get some action here because Cole Hamels has 6 career starts versus the Mets, he is 1-3 in those starts but still has a 3.79 ERA. Checkout all his starts in New York and you will notice that there is one particular Met that has always made it a tough game for Hamels and that always beats him. Carlos Delgado but he is out today. Check this out:

Sep 7, 2008 at NY Mets: 6-3 loss for Hamels, Delgado 3 for 4 with 2 HR's accounting for 4 of those runs.

Jun. 7, 2007 at NY Mets: 6-3 win for Hamels, Delgado and LoDuca (both not playing) combine to go 5 for 10 with 2 RBI's.

Apr. 9, 2007 at NY Mets: 11-5 loss for Hamels, Delgado/Alou/LoDuca combine to go 6 for 11 with 4 RBI's in a game where Hamels allowed only 2 ER's.

Anyways I like the Phillies with their ace on the mound against a pitcher they have already seen twice this season. Time to make some money bitch! See you all in the celebration thread. I'm out.
